Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 4, 2026

This policy explains how Onezero8 Rebound Ltd ("Onezero8", "we", "us" or "our"), registered in England and Wales under company number 14213297 at 9 Perseverance Works, London, E2 8DD, handles personal data when you visit this website or use groundwork (the "Service"). We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

1. What We Collect

If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. If you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and the details of the organization you set up. When you contact us or book a call, we keep the correspondence and the details you share.

2. Data From Systems You Connect

When you connect your own business systems to the Service, the Service reads data from those systems in order to answer questions and carry out the tasks you configure. That data stays in the systems it came from; we do not copy it into a store of our own. For that data you remain the controller and we act on your instructions as a processor.

3. How We Use It

We use your data to provide and secure the Service, to respond to you, to let you know about access to the Service you have asked for, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Who We Share It With

We use a small number of service providers to run the Service: hosting and infrastructure providers, an email delivery provider for messages we send you, bot-protection on our forms, internal messaging for new-signup notifications, and AI model providers that process the prompts the Service sends on your behalf. Each of these acts under contract and only on our instructions. We do not otherwise share personal data unless the law requires it.

5. Retention

We keep waitlist and account data for as long as you have a relationship with us and remove it when you ask us to or when it is no longer needed, subject to any legal requirement to keep records for longer.

6. Your Rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy in a portable form. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to run the site: keeping you signed in, protecting forms against misuse, and remembering your language and display preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and we will tell you about any material change before it takes effect.

9. Contact

Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to contact@onezero8.io.
